But will the 3D-printed, say, "penises" be actual penises? Will the 3D-printed, say, "vaginas" be actual vaginas?

No, that's preposterous.

What if the 3D-printed "organs" are functional? Will trans men with 3D-printed "male organs" become men? And will trans women with 3D-printed "female organs" become women?

No, that's even more preposterous.

Will sex change or lose all meaning in the future?

It largely already has lost its meaning. It started losing its meaning in the late 1800s and early 1900s (when a lot of other things also lost their meaning or were destroyed) and has progressively been eroded more and more sense. Such a development would likely cement the already nearly ubiquitous perversity around sexual matters, and bring us ever closer to the genderless, amorphous bugmen ZOG wants us to be.
