My view: The North Pole is now somewhere near Indonesia, the South pole is somewhere West of Venezuela, with the Equator, from West to east, traversing, approximately: Western Europe, Western Africa, Antartica, New Zealand, Hawaii, Korea.

How/when would this happen and what would the near term effect be

In maybe 15 years the Sun will emit a Carrington event level extreme flare, which will wipe out all electric and electronic technology. Then in about 25 years it will explode in a recurrent (ca. 12k years cycle) micro-nova, which will bombard the Earth with uncountable, sometimes large, impactors. The EMP will be sufficient to unlock the magnetically-locked crust of our planet, making it "free floating" on the inner layers. The poles are heavier, due to the ice buildup, and so they will rotate to the equators in a fraction of a day, but the oceans and winds will keep running in their own direction. 1000 MPH tsunamis and winds will destroy most of what's left from the impactors, cosmic rays, extreme temperatures, etc.

But since this happens every 12,000 years or so, there always remain at least a few individuals of most species and so Life will go on, on a drastically changed Earth. Also, volcanoes and of course an ice age, since all this stuff will create a lot of opacity in our atmosphere, cooling the planet terribly. But, like every other time before, we will find a way.

The so-called "elites" know this, which is why they are building rockets, hoping to somehow escape the worst of it. Musk talks about "maybe something might happen" when he KNOWS PRECISELY that this is on schedule.

    I think his post is 50% truth, and 50% exaggeration.

    The 50% truth is that the environment is changing and will have an impact on everyday life. An example is last year's heatwave in Europe, where it got so hot, the asphalt was melting. This type of lifestyle just isn't sustainable, and it will inevitably lead to millions of people trying to immigrate to safer countries...

    But the exaggeration is believing the Elites are all ready to leave this Earth. Not anytime soon. Where are they going to go? The Moon? Mars? Even when no actual infrastructure exists up there outside of a flagpole or some robots driving around? They would eventually die in outer space unless they have a solution for growing their own food or having a reliable source of water.

    Ultimately, this just shows why the Elites are crazy. They're willing to watch the planet die and Western civilization crumble, which will wipe out all their wealth with it. It's a zero sum game where no one wins.

    Yes, you need to explain how the Elites will survive in outer space without an actual foreign colony to support them.

    It's entirely possible to get on a rocket and leave when the Earth is in chaos. But it just means they're going to run out of fuel or starve to death eventually because no one had time to build infrastructure on another planet that can support life.

    I'm not stating they will survive. I'm stating they're LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION that involves distance from the Earth. For example, it might be possible in 25 years to assemble one of Musk's Boring Company tunnelling machines on a moon of Jupiter's and dig down and set up a bunker down there for a few years, refueling the main ship on the gas giant. It's science fiction right now, but who knows? What I DO know is that the black budget people have much more advanced tech than we do...

    For example, you don't need 25 years to build a bunker when it already exists on Earth.

    The other videos on the channel go over the science of over a dozen fields which add up to UNEQUIVOCAL certainty that this is about to happen, with the only remaining uncertainty being the exact timing of these events. Watch them, and you will know.

    The Sun could explode tomorrow. Or a Supervolcano goes off. It's silly to actually predict how the Elites would react in this scenario when the world could end in a blink of an eye.

    A rocket that goes towards a non-existent bunker on a planet more toxic and uninhabitable than Earth looks even less likely.

      Nothing random about it: this site has the most reasonable people of any reddit alternative. And even here people think I'm some sort of weirdo for warning about this.

      If you're interested, watch the other videos on the channel. The science is unequivocal, but few people are capable or willing to put it all together. Most scientists are content to remain in their specialty field.

      I didn't mean to doubt, just, there's a lot of work to do if this is real, right? Like, urgently? If you're in the know why aren't you working with the other people in the know on some way to deal with this?

      I feel that survival in these near-future catastrophy conditions will depend on highly individual factors and not collective ones. As such, my efforts are my own.

      I think getting arctic adjacent land is a very good play as climates warm tbh, they're the final frontier mankind has left to fully colonize.

      Their rationale is that no matter how bad it gets they can simply pay to live above it while oppressing the populace as punishment.

      Even if this was true, you still have the billions of Africans, Hispanics, and poorer Asians who will all want to live there too.

      There's just not enough space or resources to support them all.

      Droughts that make it impossible to grow food will wipe out this process.

      Meant more in terms as an individual investment. I think by the time the global south is uninhabitable from climate change it would also be very depopulated from food crises and birth rate collapses.

      Indeed, you won't hear about this on the news, even though it's anticipated by scientists. They'll probably just reassure the public and say it's a long way from now.

      Well, that's why they're trying to kill off most people: WHEN people actually do figure it out, they want there to be a lot less individuals rioting for no reason.

      Of course, they could also alternatively blast this info all over the news and instead have people flock to their priests to repent and get on the good side of their god. They don't trust us that much...

      Exactly. Those who know will be silenced, it's almost the same thing as being killed off. Yeah, if the lid blew off, they'd likely try to contain it in a religious environment. The holy joes with their "end of the world" talk discourages people from taking any of this seriously. It's not for nothing that bible thumpers are portrayed as crazies in shows and films, and actual serious survivalists, preppers, hikers, etc. are being cast in the same light in disaster films.
