False. There is magic dirt covering the west. They have been told by American leftists that 100% of brown underachievement, poverty, corruption, crime, and general suffering is due to uniquely white oppression, therefore, if non-whites can "take over" (conquer) white political entities and end white hegemony, they can enjoy the same good life that whites have enjoyed.
