However, to be fair, they have a much higher rate of educational attainment than the average American. Still, their income level is impressive considering how poorly American born blacks do. Could this disprove "white supremacy" theory?

Good for them. Nobody should WANT blacks to be dysfunctional. I've known African immigrants and more often than not found them to be hard working, disciplined, and easy to get along with, with some exceptions. I've also almost never found them to be anti-white or angry.

I have no idea and don't care. I don't even really know what white supremacy theory really is. Whites simply advocating for themselves or speaking out against slander and obvious discrimination, or who dont actively hate themselves, are usually labeled white supremacists by Jewish supremacists and their countless lobby groups, so the term really has no meaning anymore.

Not surprising. Some (a lot?) of the immigrants to Western countries are basically the 1% from their own country.

They also practice a lot of nepotism/selective spending within their own communities.

Compared to African Americans, it's not much different than the hierarchy of an illegal drug organization. The money brought into that organization mostly stays within and peripheral to that organization.

I have a guy who works with me from Ghana. He has a CS degree (from an African university) and is a scrum master (basically a semi technical manager). He makes six figures I'm sure and in general seems like a nice enough guy.

He's also shockingly lazy even in the context of tech grifters and doesn't even show up for his sole team duties of leading meetings (which he sucks at) half the time and I've never seen him offer even a hint of technical analysis despite nominally having a CS bachelors. I would say this is typical for the Africans hired here of the dozen or so others I've known. They're hired because they're black and have degree paper qualifications. While my experience is only anecdotal I'm extremely suspicious when I hear about these "highly successful" African immigrants since in most of my experience it's entirely a scam.

I also used to live in a city with a lot of FOB African immigrants who were more working class/average. While they are definitely less hostile towards whites and preferable socially to African Americans they were definitely on the low side of average IQ, at least the ones I met.

Tangentially I've also worked with some AA devs and they have the same issue average Indians have of never taking any initiative or doing any research on projects unless you're there basically holding their hand explaining what to do. These are probably the in the top 10% for AAs since they do have enough technical competence to write some code, they're just almost always going to be stuck in the "bare minimum" area of coding. Maybe the top 1% will be somewhere around the average non slacker white or East Asian devs.

So why did they leave Africa and move to a country overwhelmingly built by White people?

This is the litmus test for equality.

Japanese people also move to other countries and perform preform really well in society, but they can always return to Japan and still enjoy the same quality of life.

That is not true with Africans. They have an entire continent to themselves, yet they're still the poorest on Earth.

Still, their income level is impressive considering how poorly American born blacks do.

If you actually compare American born Black wealth to African countries, they're still better off. On average, they make $40,000 USD per family.

Nigerians make only $2,000 USD per capita.

As I explained, it makes zero sense for immigrants to brag about success if their own countries they flee from are shit. It's a form parasitism or running away from responsibility that created these 3rd world countries in the first place.

Same reason Chinese, Indians, Persians, and indios travel to White countries: money. They don't care about nationalism with regard to "improving" their country.
