How watered down are they? Are they anti-Zionist and jew aware? Are they anti-capitalist? Their stance on the EU/NATO/America etc?

Can we expect actual good things from them IE economic reform to bring unproductive practices out in favour of productive and developmental policies; pro-social and family-orientated policies; ending of immigration and increasing blocking migrant ships, repatriation etc; reform of education to increase health and wellbeing IE more PE and such.

Are we just anticipating basically nothing but some nice words and a couple policies here and there that might help somewhat but don't ultimately make a difference in terms of the big picture, or are these legitimately pro-social and nationalist orientated parties that are going to revive Italy?

pro-social and family-orientated policies; ending of immigration and increasing blocking migrant ships, repatriation

Those two are quite likely. FDI campaigned on a proposal of financial support for Italian families with a fixed amount on money for every children until they are 18, plus school and health services obviously. They are also going to try to reduce the number of abortions giving financial incentives to the families that decide to keep the children. Overall they said that they want to follow the Orban's model.

To be more specific, they are going to give 200€ for every child under 18 for the lower income brackets.

On the immigration side, they said that they are going to deploy the navy to stop immigrants. This was already done in the last decade so it's not something extremely unlikely.

This just reeks of cheap populism. For example this financial incentive to the families that decide to keep the children, like wouldn't everyone claim they wanted to have an abortion but then decided to keep the child?

I think the most realistic stuff that might happen is that nothing changes until like the month before the new elections, then they'll partly implement their social policies to buy off voters.

Maybe I'm just a grumpy cynic, we'll see, I hope they deliver on those promises, I'm just saying to wait out with optimism until this stuff actually happens.

No, the financial chil-bonus is for everyone, not just for those who decide to not get the abortion. That's just to boost natality overall. They are trying to find other means to prevent abortions, I'm not aware of what they plan to do about that.
