Highly unlikely, just like how Ukrainian government claims about 10k dead Ukrainians and 61k dead Russians is highly unlikely.

61k casualties is actually not that crazy if you include everyone in the contested areas (i.e. the breakaway republics militias, civilians there) as "Russian", although it may be somewhat exaggerated.

Ukraine has certainly had far higher casualty ratios though and 100k+ isn't infeasible either.

It’s really not that crazy. When one side has air superiority casualty figures are always lopsided. See Vietnam & the Gulf Wars.
