I think It's wrong to consider the people behind the NWO as eugenicists. They may have sought to keep the best genes for themselves, but a lot of them are hardcore capitalists that are out for their own and couldn't care less about other whites.

It's best to describe the current agenda as leaning more towards downright genocide through slow sterilization.

After WWII there was a similar black market for babies from Greece who were often abducted and their parents were told that they died during birth.
