I feel bad for people who consume unhealthy processed foods.

Anytime you're in the grocery store, read the nutritional label and be horrified at the countless chemicals and other mystery meat that gets thrown in. Even something as simple like a fruit salad, I was shocked to learn these manufactures snuck in so many artificial syrups and preservatives.

If immigration & race weren't such hot topics, the next big issue should have been to go after the Food Industry. Billions of dollars are being made off crap that will only poison future generations and put a burden on healthcare systems.

What they're doing should be criminal. /u/Markimus shared an interesting video the other day about a guy switching from low-processed to high-processed diet, same foods, just processed. Processed food just makes you crave more, even if macronutrients are pretty much the same.

Even in my own experience, I remember ordering 4 burgers from McDonalds, and I didn't eat in McDonalds for over 6-7 years. When I ate them, I was like "wow what a scam, those burgers were so tiny, I could eat 10 more..." but the hunger satisfaction kicked in only an hour or two later, so it's far easier to overeat.
