White, non-Hispanic women have the lowest abortion rate of all ethnicities, and roughly 850k occur per year in the US, so there will be demographic consequences. The majority of pregnant women will likely cross state lines or secure an illegal abortion, but I expect that a significant minority won't, especially among poorer communities. The result will be a minor to moderate increase in non-White births, as well as crime rates, since legalized abortion is correlated with a 20% reduction in crime.

I don't believe any child should be forcibly born unwanted, and there are many historical precedents for the acceptance of abortion in European civilization, from the glory days of Greece and Rome all the way to colonial America. Hard-line stances against it are a result of modern Abrahamic religious influence mixed with black-and-white Republican moral idiocy. There is certainly nothing conservative about the practical impact of its ban.
