I didn't realize there were so few people in Canada. There are more Blacks in America than there are Canadian citizens.

That's counting paper Canadians too. Canada is likely totally fucked population-wise.

1 in 5 Canadians are foreign born and I'm thinking that they probably don't count their offspring as foreign-born so the number of paper Canadians is much higher.

Combine that with ~20% of our population being seniors, who come from a time when Canada was predominantly of European stock (British>French>Other), and the fact that they will be mostly dead in 15-20 years, leads one to conclude that a White minority Canada is on the immediate horizon.

Proportionally, Canada has 4x the immigration as the US.

Canada also gives people with temporary visas time towards citizenship (up to 1 year off the 3 year minimum) and gives out over 1 million of these visas every year. These visas are also good for 10 years, so an entirely new million people are given them each year.

MUH GDP!!!

Immigration accounts for almost 100% of Canada’s labour force growth. Roughly 75% of Canada’s population growth comes from immigration, mostly in the economic category. By 2036, immigrants will represent up to 30% of Canada’s population, compared with 20.7% in 2011.

In 2015, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada processed more than two million temporary resident applications and extensions, which was an increase of more than 18 percent over the previous three years.

What is a Temporary Resident Visa?

A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), also referred to as a visitor visa, is an official document issued by a Canadian visa office that is placed in your passport to show that you have met the requirements for admission to Canada as a temporary resident (either as a visitor, a student, or a worker).

Close to 470,000 foreign nationals have a work permit that became effective in 2019, compared to 340,000 in 2017 and 390,000 in 2018.

Then there's birth tourism, https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/birth-tourism-strain-1.5413296

And remittance, https://cidpnsi.ca/remittances-explorer/

The total remittance outflow from Canada (to all countries including developed) is estimated at $27.8 billion in 2018; up from $24.6 billion in 2017.
