Thoughts on this statement? - "The dumbest person in the top 1/6th of Whites is separated from the smartest person in the bottom 1/6th of Whites by 30 points, which is double the Black-White gap"

Ok, so a white person with an IQ of 115 is 30 points smarter than a white person with an IQ of 85. Thats "double the black white IQ gap". But, the average black has an IQ of 85. Using the same math, the typical white person with an IQ of 100 is smarter than 85% of blacks. If we adjust for the fact that blacks have a smaller SD than whites (like 12 instead of 15) then this gap becomes like 90%

So is IQ really such a "bad argument for solidarity" if we play with numbers a different way?

This also completely ignores the applicability of IQ in a real-world context. IQs below 80 are basically unemployable. Thats at least a third of blacks or more
