Avoid carbs/alcohol, get a home gym. Or go to your local gym, if you can do that. Work out 4 times a week or more.

    There's a lot of high protein/nutrient dense food that can give a similar sense of satisfaction, difficulty is giving up the instant dopamine of being able to drive/open a package and get good food immediately.
