Go on Keto, and bonus if you pair it with intermittent fasting. Just be sure to drink plenty of water and supplement with electrolytes. Keto causes you to release a lot of water that was stored in your body, and with that water go electrolytes. Drinking water without taking electrolytes won't do much to re-hydrate you.
