Israel's stellar TFR is due to 10% haredi jews who don't work, live on gibs and don't serve in the military. Jewish amish essentially. In addition, 25% of their population is composed of Muslim arabs who have far higher birth rates than non-haredi Jews. Arab Jews like Mizrahim have somewhat higher birth rates as well.

However, non-haredi ashkenazi Jews who built Israel and continue to run it have low TFRs. There's no specific data on them but there is one representative data: Russian Jews in Israel have a TFR of 1.5 or lower.

Jewish women have the lowest TFRs of any group in Russia and the US.

Israel is in for a rough future. It's becoming very cramped and becoming full of unproductive crazies. The Ukraine war was a godsend for them because it transferred a lot of Ukrainian and Russian Jews to Israel. But it's not enough and Europe has few Jews left to give. The remaining ones are mostly old.

Israel is seeing a strong push to the radical right due to demographics and it's not impossible that some nutjob Prime minister in the future will start a massive war with Arabs.

The greater Israel project was their chance for Lebensraum by taking over Syrian land. The hope was that ISIS would defeat Assad and take over Syria and depopulate it in the process. This would allow Israel to invade and settle the new terrorist state. Russia and Iran put an end to that.
