Yeah except in the real world banks just give free money to blacks which they don't pay a penny back then use this as an excuse to further increase interest rates increasing the yoke of finance-slavery on whites. Then they end up getting bailed out with white tax money anyway.

There's no real application of anything like this for any of us anyway, and if there were applications IE we had the power to choose this stuff we wouldn't have to do this because being anti-white wouldn't be a pillar of our societies anymore.

It doesn't have to be a bank. The principle can be applied to anything. A bank is just easy to illustrate.

Also a thing to point out with this is when your company is analysed/audited the entirety will be taken into account so even your example wouldn't work if we owned a bank, or an education institution with multiple branches or something.

This sounds clever but it is just that, it's basically just mental masturbation like 'here's how we can sneak past the jew guys' but it has no actual application to anything.

Hiring, pay, policing, grading, basically any decision making

They do this with IQ tests too, to advantage women. The exercises that women do well in, they raise the ceiling and floor and increase the frequency. The exercises that men do well in, they decrease the ceiling and floor and decrease the frequency. This way they can control the average score of different groups. Basically they give a higher weight to areas where pro-biased group is overrepresented and likewise lower the weight where they are underrepresented.
