Well to go in depth would take a longer post than I feel like writing so I will give the shorter answer.

To truly "rescue" society I think would involve a much more radical shift in world outlook and politics than is realistic right now so I will give some realistic aspects of the modern right that can be improved.

I would describe the modern liberal/left as anti cultural. They are a cultural force but are completely destructive. However the mainstream right is a non cultural force therefore they cannot combat this cultural destruction because they have nothing to replace it with. Therefore there needs to be rise in academic/intellectual quality of what represents the mainstream dissent and just as important there needs to be the rise of a new artistic culture which the lame modern conservatives will never be able to do.

There must also be a rejection of the conservative cult of anti state and anti authority, that character of the mainstream right makes it worthless. In an American context even civic nationalism would be a step in the right direction but even that doesn't exist. A rejection of mass immigration culture and formation of a true national community is essential. Mainstream right still worships the free market and pretends the threat of the Left has something to do with economics. Conservatives show a completely lack of interest in combating the modern globalist financial and economic system. Any national movement needs to seek to have a nationalist economic policy.

Positive trends on these issues are shown from the far right community but still a very small minority compared to widespread nonsense that represents the mainstream right.
