No one who thinks Africans were equal would advocate for higher birthrates. I don't know that he cares about the white race specifically but he at least is not an egalitarian.

Pumping up Africa's population through foreign aid and other mechanisms has probably been the greatest disaster and waste of resources in human history.

That combined with the endless looting of Western economies by the financial sector and forever wars for Israel. The US alone has wasted trillions upon trillions of dollars trying to prove that race is a social construct, that (((banks))) are wealth creators, and that countries like Afghanistan and Iraq can be bombed into becoming "functional democracies". Just imagine how much better off we would be today if the US spent all of that money on eugenics, environmentalism, R&D, and space exploration. If National Socialism was tried in the US 80 years ago we would be having this conversation on Mars right now.

Yeah. The civilizational boost that oil provides is (has been?) being squandered. Great reset talk makes me think that the agenda is to convince the masses to forego as many oil-related items as possible so that they can hoard it for themselves. A sort of Elysium situation but on Earth instead of a space station.

That could certainly be the case. Perhaps the plan is to establish this "Elysium" in New Zealand. They are building bunkers over there after all.
