    Not all Africans are black. Also, non-whites with the means to would want to deport themselves rather than go to Africa.

    Edit: It does make less sense to deport hispanics to Africa. But that's only because it's more cost effective to put them in Brazil or wherever.

      They'd have the option to self-deport. Most of them would leave before any process has started, and a few would leave after they were relocated. Cost and diplomacy would be issues, but this process couldn't be set in stone anyway, on either side.

      I don't think it would be weird for Jews. Let them see a result of their meddling firsthand.
