This had me thinking, what if there is a video in a vault somewhere of Bill Gates diddling a teenager on Eptein's island? What if I had such a video? I could make Bill Gates dance like a circus monkey if I wanted.

Try flipping your perspective. Getting caught with an underage girl or a crack pipe only gets used against you if you resist the cabal.

All of this has me wondering if there is some sort of system where politicians and billionaires are kept in line or installed, or even forced into positions of power once there is sufficient kompromat to make them do the needful?

This is closer to the right answer. Not just kept in line but home grown and groomed from birth to serve the old families. Look at guys like Anderson Cooper. They are lifers. Look at Obama's past. He was hand picked to be an Illuminati controlled politicians. Pete Butigieg is another one. Ghislaine Maxwell another. Dig into James Alafantis if you want to learn about who rules you. Guys like Biden are so deep in the shit that he does basically whatever he's told in the hopes his family stays in the good graces of the cabal.
