Putin Orders Europe to Pay Rubles for Russian Gas

This is a smart move by Putin. If Europe gives in it will make the Ruble a stronger currency again, and if Europe doesn't give in he will have the perfect excuse to cut off the gas. Either way he wins because if he cuts off the gas to Europe there will be massive social unrest, especially in Germany. It will be the Yellow Vests on steroids, but this time with enough force to overthrow governments.

This is a promising step forward. Putin had previously said that he would not use gas as a weapon. But now that the NATO states are rallying against Russia, he decided to take off the kid gloves.

there will be massive social unrest, especially in Germany. It will be the Yellow Vests on steroids, but this time with enough force to overthrow governments.

All those coup plotting specops guys are still loose, maybe it'll be an opportunity. Not enough ammo in Germany to fight off American bases though even if they do succeed. Not to mention they'll need nukes to really secure sovereignty. If anyone overthrows governments in Europe it ought to be France they're the only one with the power to secure the rest.

France is definitely the number one country in the West that is most likely to experience a coup. There's also lots of historical precedent for this.
