I believe that the ultimate goal of the elites is something similar to the below. We can only guess but we can conceive of the perfect society that man can craft via technology

Neohumans

Genetically engineered post humans who have immense life spans, have ability to think critically, augmented intelligence, excellent aesthetics, greater immunity, regenerative abilities, greater physical strength and improved body structures(bone density, muscle thickness and cushoned skulls with carpace protection for vulnerable areas like neck, throat etc).

There would be only 100-200 million of them on the planet all living like medieval kings or feudal lords with vast leisure time and only burdened with high cognition activities like research, culture, science, statescraft and exploration.

For all practices they will be demi God like.

Alt humans

A serf class of modified human beings. They will be somewhat like the middle class of today, with greater intelligence but genetically engineered to be obedient. They have little ability to think selfishly for themselves, instead their reproductive interests are tied to their individual neohuman master who controls their production.

Neonhumans will secrete pheromones that compel blind affection and obedience from these serfs. They will be selected on the basis of who's more obedient and subservient to their masters.

They will do the few remaining mid level jobs: Technicians, nurses, assistants, servants, accountants, staff and managers, i.e jobs that cannot be automated effeciently and that are too menial for the neohumans to do.

The two groups will not be capable of reproduction so sexual liaisons will among them will be common and not frowned upon. Even neohuman partners will not be truly jealous or paranoid regarding their partners' affairs for this reason.

They will be similar to modern humans though quite aesthetically pleasing, physically comparable to us and of somewhat above average intelligence(IQ 100-115) .

They will number about some 200-300 million and will have excellent lifestyles despite their serf status. Their life standards will be substantially greater than the current human today due to low population density, technology and the care of the neohumans.

Machines

Even in a techno utopia in the future where are possibly molecular assemblers there will be need for physical work and other cognitive works that can be automated.

The entire society will be held up by a vast army of machines that fill this niche with limited AI input for its dangerous potential and lack of judgment.

There will be no problems of an underclass, of proletariat revolutions or providing after workers. They will never tire, never demand better conditions or demand leave.

All class conflicts end permanently.
