Ever since this pandemic started everyone appears to have become an expert in medicine. How many people do you think can really "engage with the scientific and logical issues with the vaccine"? There are much simpler, practical and common sense objections to the vaccine, but personally I don't see those mentioned at all. Typically what I see is some claim that the WHO is attempting to sterilise the planet or deliberately cripple people. I think it's fair to characterise this as a "conspiratard" mindset. Are there reasoned, scientific, logical and holistic arguments against the vaccine? Are there people who make such arguments? I am sure that there are, but I have not seen them. If I did see them, I would not recognise them as clearly truthful either, because I am not a medical scientist, but I can tell you that the bulk of what I am seeing right now is definitely not very convincing.

For the record, I am not pro-vaccine.

I remember asking them if they ever brought up all these vaccine fears with doctors so they could address the scientific aspects they were concerned with. They laughed, apparently because all doctors are in on the conspiracy too.

Another thought it was funny because no doctor could know as much about vaccines and the human body as they did, having a few months of internet research under their belt.

hardly anyone ever got vaccines besides babies that had no say. Need to revisit that.

There's some truth to this. Dissenting against the alleged consensus of their licensing organizations places their jobs at risk. That's coercion. So it's not so much a conspiracy but top-down pressure to conform with the consequence being losing your license to practice.
