That's anecdotal evidence that was conducted by a high-school science teacher not a doctor. There is no study, no control group, nothing to validate the results other than the claims of this high-school science teacher. Also, we know that these days, teachers are pretty much the bottom-of-the-barrel when it comes to intelligence so I'm not sure this guy's anecdotal evidence is truthful, useful or accurate. Moreover, the article reads like an endorsement for McDonalds. I wouldn't be surprised if McDonalds sponsored it.
