Imagine being the family of the victim listening to this. Your sister/mother/daughter is brutally murdered and you can't get fucking justice because a bunch of disgusting nogs won't convict one of their own.

Also why couldn't in the follow up trial the prosecution go for a change of venue or openly seek to exclude Blacks during jury selection?

Even in the Jussie Smollet case the one Black on the jury was talking afterwards about how reluctant he was to convict a 'young black man'.

The foreman wouldn't read the manslaughter verdict because she felt the family wasn't getting justice.

Asian "ladies"? That's funny.

The judge was correct to declare a mistrial. Those three fucks should have been satisfied that the black was getting a manslaughter conviction even considering that thing tried to escape the courthouse. These idiots should have considered themselves lucky that he was only getting 30 years. He didn't show any respect to the court and neither did these three jurors.

Hopefully there's a silver lining to this and this literal bugman and his family get justice.

Edit: As it turns out the woman killed was white. Also, I thought the foreman was was one of the three jurors that led to the mistrial. She is not.

Get alternates next time and use them.

You can't just replace jurors when you get a verdict you don't like. Alternates are for emergencies, violations -- one of the Rittenhouse jurors for instance was replaced because they made a tasteless joke -- and other reasons.

Alternate jurors. So something like this is less likely to happen.

you wouldn't use alternate jurors solely for the reason that the current jurors disagreed on the verdict, having a mistrial in the case that the entire jury isn't unanimous is appropriate.
