I remember elementary school and the dirty girl that stank. This was before black kids went to school with us so she was the closest thing we had to a nigra also known as poor white trash. The cuter richer girls were unmerciful to her. I remember her name to this day but not their names.

My elementary school was white and mexican, with only 2 black kids. Everyone got along just fine. One of the black kids was a jehovas witness, so his mom volunteered at the school to keep an eye on him and make sure he didnt get exposed to any evil birthdays. The other one was an ugly skinny black girl, but no one treated her any different.

Her offense was being poor and dirty. She also didn't have a telephone. Some kids didn't have a telephone back then but we did.

My experience in the public schools was varied. I went to an elementary school in Toronto for a year, and there was quite a few blacks and asians. That was the exception, though. For most of my adolescence, I was going to schools in smaller citys. These were all white schools, and I had a great time there.
