Many of the world's immigrants are poor and grew up in places where there is a rape culture and general abuses of women, and it should be a requirement of their new country to provide training and legal processes that will ensure the safety (as much as possible) of women in the new country.

You want white swedes to train poor immigrants not to rape people? Who invited this racist xenophobic neonazi skinhead bigot into our nice forum?
