What are the chances of feds meddling with his mind before he was released? He was held long enough to give them time and he already had a record, so anything criminal beyond that wouldn’t be looked at too much.

Who knows but it's clear from his social media history he's for years espoused hatred of White people.

You don't exactly need some conspiracy involving feds to explain Black anger, racial resentment and violence. It's so common it's almost surprising this type of thing doesn't happen more.
