The hypothetical is the only meaningful measure capable of showing the severity of the population's behavior compared to the other population

The false statement "[A] white woman is 64 TIMES more liked to be raped by a black man that a black woman is by a white man" is meaningful. It's about the risk of rape that white women face from black men compared to that that black women face from white men. They just got the maths wrong, and got 64 when the correct value is 1.9.

And that 1.9 is going to be subject to some bias from reporting and conviction rates.

Correct, 64x would be the likelihood of a black man perpetrating black/white interracial rape, when compared to a white man, which proves the point racists were trying make here. There are two good take aways from this discussion:

1 - Black men lack impulse control

2 - Black women are less desirable ("she's pretty for a black girl")

Everyone already knew this though.

They were trying to make a point about white woman being at a much greater likelihood of being raped by a black man than a black woman by a white man. Stoking the fear of the black man thing.

The two things I have taken away from this discussion are:

1) Racists lie to try to justify the fear that they live with.
2) The racists here are exceptionally low IQ. It's not sufficient to point out their math errors, they can't do simple arithmetic, you have to walk them slowly through each basic calculation several times.

1 - Black men lack impulse control
2 - Black women are less desirable
Everyone already knew this though.

    The wording is pretty clear. They evidently intended to stoke fear of the black man. The relative risk of rape is the relevant statistic.

    That's not proven. 1.9 times by convictions. But you'd expect less reporting and fewer convictions from reported rapes by black women.

    Now you're ignoring it.

            He can't process the fact that a population only ~1/6th the size of its victims caused over 11 times the number of its black-white interracial rape.

            There's a different whole argument there, I address that the smaller group will tend to have more interracial rapes, because of the increased opportunity here.

            I didn't get into a discussion of that bad maths, because this bad maths is very straightforward: 1.9 times isn't scary enough for them to feel justified in their fear. So they said 64.

              You ignore what 64x represents.

              It represents racists being dumb at math, and attempting to fearmonger to try to explain to themselves the fear that they live with.

              Basically its a demographic of low IQ cowards.

              That makes no difference does it. The proportion of perpetrators times the proportion of victims of opposite races is equal.

              1/6 x 5/6 = 5/6 x 1/6

              Because multiplication is commutative.

              Opportunity in no way negates the 64x scale estimate of disparity.

              You've only presented data for "more blacks are convicted of rape more often". Don't try to claim that rapes are in the same ratio without evidence.

                I had a really high fever from covid, so I'm not as sharp as I once was, but I'm happy to help.

                I wouldn't worry about it. I don't want anyone to be raped, ever, but there is a silver lining here. White women recover and they are usually redpilled after this experience. Most of these victims weren't racist beforehand. I don't know if this makes me a bad person, but I lack sympathy when people who aren't racist get victimized by blacks.

                If the offender is white, it's sad and tragic for everyone involved. There's really no positive that comes from it in that scenario. Another silver lining to the high offending rate amoung blacks is that it helps get these men off the street and into prison, where they belong. Here in the United States we call it the school to prison pipeline.

                What if after facing the inequities of the justice system, they become more aware of white privilege, and become more anti-white?

                Here in the United States we call it the school to prison pipeline.

                Keep an eye on that in Texas. Outlawing abortion has a history of increasing the diameter of that pipeline about four-fold over a 15 to 20 year time-frame.

                  Yes it is. You have to understand the racist mindset. They live in constant overwhelming fear of other people, especially ones that don't look like them. This is why their family trees don't have branches.

                  The 1.9 times is the risk of interracial rape (ignoring the bias in reporting and convictions. The true figure is plausibly more equal) for a white woman compared to a black woman. If you're a racist and therefore a coward, this is the point that you live by, and try to encourage the rest of the world to understand. You are in fear of black people. Now you have to justify it. Look in how much danger white women are in because of black men!

                  You're diverting attention to poor wording of an image in order to miss the meaningful part.

                  It's the poor math that's more outstanding.

                  That has societal ramifications of populations going up and down and portraying a sense of scale of abuse. Behavior affects people: rapes, robs, kills, destroys people, and it certainly matters to the people victimized by it when the population of abusers goes up unchecked.

                  Extreme example to hammer this point across for lurkers. I assume you'll ignore it, so it's not for you:

                  Group A: 0.1% committing interracial rape. Group B: 50% committing interracial rape. Nation's population: 0.99999 of Group A and 0.00001 of Group B.

                  I'll just point out some realities for those figures for the lurker. I assume you'll not understand it, so it's not for you:

                  Someone from Group A intending to commit a rape will see 100,000 of their own race for every 1 of the other race. So, if they don't care who they rape, 0.1% of them committing interracial rape implies they each rape an average of 100 people.

                  Someone from Group B intending to commit a rape will see 100,000 of the other race for every 1 of their race. So if they don't care who they rape, 50% of them committing interracial rape implies that they each rape an average of just under 0.5 people. (0.499995 people).

                  So the "measurements that provide understanding are the rates of the action for each group and what that could amount to proportionately in civilization (given equal populations)", would be that in that case group A would be committing the vast majority of interracial rapes, due to the fact that the increased opportunity so dramatically outweighs the tendency to rape in this extreme example.

                    It's only showing everyone you ignore stark behavior of a 64x interracial black-white rape perpetration disparity proportionately and thus the consequences resulting from demographics.

                    I show that in your example it's the larger group with the lower proportion of interracial rapes that would be doing more interracial rapes if the populations were equal.

                    Only a psychopath would divert focus from talking about a group whose behavior includes 50% of their population committing interracial rape.

                    You're the one who wants to project to the situation in which the populations were identical. In that case the other populations would be committing 500 times the number of interracial rapes as the group that includes 50% of their population committing interracial rape at the "current" population levels. Which would take more than 50% of their population, unless they've got something like 49% of their population doing a thousand times the number of rapes as the average of the group you're trying to demonise.

                      That says less about behaviour and more about relative population that you're trying to claim.

                      • A white rapist would happen upon a black victim only about 1/6th of the time, because of the relative size of the victim's population.
                      • A black rapist would happen upon a white victim about 5/6th of the time, for the same reason.

                      Also a black man accused of rape and convicted is about 3.5 times more likely to be innocent than a white man is accused of rape. The figure is much higher for black men convicted of raping a white woman. Source

                      (And, although it's irrelevant to this conversation, it should be mentioned that that innocent black man will be serving a longer sentence than an innocent white man, and will be incarcerated for four and a half years longer before being released, on average).

                        White non-hispanics rape at around 7000 FBI-documented cases per year across their population of around 60-65%: 200,000,000 for simplicity.

                        Blacks commit rape at around 4500 FBI-documented cases per year across their population of around 12.5%: 40,000,000 for simplicity.

                        "Are convicted of" better reflects the reality than "FBI-documented cases", as the bias in the criminal system contributes.

                        But so do demographic factors, which are improving: Black imprisonment rate in the U.S. has fallen by a third since 2006
