Do you have a source on that one?

There are no white guys driving around to molest black girls.

How do you know that it's not that there's no black mothers reporting rapes of the daughters by white guys to the police, because the police are, in some areas, hostile to the black population?

It is, highly recommend it. The first season is a little dodgy but otherwise probably the finest piece of television produced in the last 40 years.
