I'm not going to deny that there probably is a fear of being ignored with a number of rape cases. I recall talking to my grandmother about some rather fucked up situations where victims were chastised into staying silent for the sake of the man's family, even. So it wouldn't surprise if a black woman would be afraid of speaking up about rape from a white man. Rape isn't necessarily an attraction driven violence, and outside of that there are plenty of white men attracted to black women. However Daniel Holtzclaw is half Japanese, and would be considered a poc outside of the context where he's a criminal or it's convenient.
