Your response would be valid if this were merely an isolated phenomenon limited only to marketing. It isn't. This is a society wide trend and we see this in the arts, in academia, in labour policies and nearly every applicable situation you can think of. There is a systematic attempt -- a 'conspiracy' to use your shitty loaded term -- to marginalize whites and replace them and belittle their history, accomplishments and identity.

You can't just explain that away with 'oh it's just a marketing fad'.

It will die out in all these arenas just like the environmental movement has. It hangs on in small pockets but for the brainless masses a new trend will take it's place. Trump came in and proved that the environmental movement had no base in America. The majority of Americans are fucking retards that don't give a shit about anything but their fucking F-150 and their giant mcmansion. Your putting too much faith in people. It's a shame IMO. I have the exact opposite opinion as you. I believe the shift in representation of POC and the initiative to be more inclusive to them in society in general will be a gain. Unfortunately, society will not sustain these efforts. Just like we spit on any efforts to preserve our environment.

You are really detached from the average person and have a completely nonsensical view of non-whites. Non-whites are WAY less ecologically minded than whites, in fact environmentalism is pretty much exclusively a white concern. Also it's extremely ironic that you insult the intelligence of the average person whilst having well below average spelling and grammar.

Environmentalism has only ever existed in nationalistic whites, it was founded by Romantic nationalists during the enlightenment and all areas of science around ecology, conservation etc have been founded and ran completely by white people. Your anti-white nonsense based on your fake environmentalism has literally zero grounding, stop listening to CNN dummy.

Not sure I said anything about non-whites being ecologically minded. Why are you jumping to this topic?

Phone posting, it's a thing. Chill the fuck out.

Environmentalism has only ever existed in nationalistic whites

Please expand on this. A very bold claim here. Only nationalist are environmentalists? Please, do tell.

stop listening to CNN dummy

I haven't viewed anything on CNN for ages. Total garbage along with the rest of cable/network news.

This + your entire comment is about environmentalism dummy.

sneed

Historically yes. All the non-nationalistic environmentalist movements have been in the service of capitalism without exceptions.

Where in this quote or anywhere else did I say anything about non-whites and their involvement in environmentalism? Your stretching at best.

Historically yes. All the non-nationalistic environmentalist movements have been in the service of capitalism without exceptions.

What in the name of God are you talking about? Link me to something or expand on your theory. These statements make absolutely no sense and you are doing a very poor job of explaining them.

What other implication is there? Your whole comment is libtard fake environmentalism screed then you say that with more non-whites the situation will improve. What else could this possibly mean? How fucking stupid are you?

What in the name of God are you talking about? Link me to something or expand on your theory. These statements make absolutely no sense and you are doing a very poor job of explaining them.

Not a theory, this is basic history literally everyone who is even passingly familiar with anything to do with environmentalism knows. Its origins was the romantic nationalist movements of the 19th century, the only environmentalist state in history was the Third Reich. Post-war all environmentalism was bought out by capitalists and liberalised because real environmentalism, which is nationalistic, is a threat to capitalism. Whereas the fake environmentalism you advocate for is actually just a tool of capital. A famous example being when Global Warming was popularised in the 80s it was used by the likes of M*rgaret Th*tcher to deindustrialise the west and instead move capital into the third world, this gave capitalists cheaper labour as they could exploit foreigners as well as decimating the working class in the North and Midlands of England which have never really recovered.

There's a book that details how Earth First! was liberalised and turned into the kind of fake, neoliberal, environmentalism you're advocating. There's also the famous anecdote about the Sierra Club receiving $200million to stop opposing immigration. Every time environmentalism gets serious, which inevitably means it becomes nationalistic, it gets taken over by money and morphed into the nonsense neoliberal 'environmentalism' which just means wealth transfers from ordinary white people to international finance, increasing total global consumption through industrialising the third world etc.

If you look into famous conservationists you will find people who were very nationalistic, into racialism, eugenics etc. Of the ones who weren't Volkisch/Romantic Nationalists, most were part of the Progressive movement which had a lot of similarities with National Socialism.

I literally googled 'history of environmentalism' and the first thing I found is saying the same thing I'm saying. Hardly a 'theory', more just common knowledge amongst everyone who is actually into ecology

Well I'll be goddamned. All stuff I never knew. Thank you for the explanation.

If you really want to change the topic to race and environmentalism I would point out that white America will likely vote in Gov Abbott, the My Pillow guy or Trump (again), all staunch opponents of environmentalism. What more of a sign do you need that white folks don't give a shit about environmental matters?
