Since mixed children usually go back to the black race when they reproduce, the goal is to bring up the IQ of blacks as a group. It also lightens up black skin color as they no longer look like dark Africans. White people, especially blonde haired and blue eyes (or green) will vanish in a sea of blacks and Muzzies.
