I accidentially deletedd my comment, in order to write a better comment that's not so sarcastic. I had no idea you'd respond so quickly. But the same comment still applies:

Again - I am mentioning the law. If there is suspected racial bias in a jury process, this too is against the law.

If we want to talk about racial bias (INSTEAD of the law), whites are historically and still given preferential treatment in court, and especially whites who can afford a lawyer. The real bias in courts is against those who cannot afford lawyers.

whites are historically

"Historically" is a deflection term the way you're using it. What matters is the current era because people have to live in the current era.

Thanks for all of this, Yin. I appreciate that there are biases in the "justice" system, The legal standards for, or formulas for dealing with, something like 2nd degree murder or even 2nd degree manslaughter are however rather uncontroversial, though whites like George Zimmerman can stalk and kill children like Trayvon Martin, without punishment:

In a widely reported trial, Zimmerman was charged with murder for Martin's death, but acquitted at trial after claiming self-defense. The incident was reviewed by the Department of Justice for potential civil rights violations, but no additional charges were filed, citing insufficient evidence.

This is but one of many old cases, and I do think there was racial bias in the courtroom, against Martin. Regardless of all this, I'd like to move on to other threads.....

Trayvon Martin attacked George Zimmerman violently.

If someone attacks you violently and shows no indication of stopping, defending yourself with lethal force is intelligent.
