Thanks for clarifying. I must have misinterpreted your post.

I'm saying it is sometimes difficult to tell the difference between some lighter skinned mexicans and olive italians.

That's probably because Spaniards and Italians both technically fall into the 'Iberian' category of European ethnicity. It all gets a bit confusing because Europeans warred and interbred with eachother for quite a long time and then at other times they've been quite isolated from eachother due to religions and cultural traditions. The Japanese also started out as several unique groups that then warred with eachother for quite a long time. At one point in Japanese history there were 7k unique clans fighting eachother in Japan and Europe was no different. Ancient people moved around a lot more frequently then they are given credit for in modern academics.

I'm going to look into this seedoil phenomenon. What oil do you suggest?

Here are the things we are lied about most frequently regarding health (in order of importance IMHO)

1.Seedoils are good for you (LIE)

2.Sugar/processed carbs are great as long as you watch calorie count!! (LIE)

3.Water quality isn't that critical. Just throw some chlorine in and you're good. (LIE)

4.Fasting is dangerous and ancient people only did it because they were forced into it by nature. (LIE)

5.Sun Exposure isn't that important. It causes cancer. It will just make you look old and wrinkly. Rub sunscreen on everyday! Spray it on and inhale it for convenience goys! (LIE)

6.All the plastics we store, reheat, wear, and cook with aren't a big deal. Chemicals in food are totally harmless. Low test isn't a big deal. In fact it makes society a better place because men are less violent and aggressive. (LIE)

There are more but those 6 are huge.

Personally I use unrefined organic coconut oil, butter, and animal fats like tallow. I occasionally use Ghee and first press cold pressed EVOO from a good supplier. I do my best to stay away from fried foods but I'm not perfect. Because even using heat tolerant fat like tallow the frying process partially oxidizes the oil.

Fish oil and oil that's naturally in nuts is fine as well but only if you are eating them in whole foods. You don't want industrially processed seed oils due to the hexane and oxidation in the process. It really fucks up the body over the long term.
