Personally I use unrefined organic coconut oil, butter, and animal fats like tallow. I occasionally use Ghee and first press cold pressed EVOO from a good supplier. I do my best to stay away from fried foods but I'm not perfect. Because even using heat tolerant fat like tallow the frying process partially oxidizes the oil.

Fish oil and oil that's naturally in nuts is fine as well but only if you are eating them in whole foods. You don't want industrially processed seed oils due to the hexane and oxidation in the process. It really fucks up the body over the long term.

That's helpful, thanks. Its tough because they put that shit in everything. Cant have a cracker or veggieburger or PB&J without some weird oil like cottonseed or palm.
