Universal health care would flounder in America anyways. The population is too fat and the negros and Hispanics have no self control.

The average Hispanic kid looks like a volleyball that could roll down the street to school. UHS can only work for a population with high human capital and self control like Finland or Japan.

Not only that, but since America has no border control, it means illegals can hop across the border and get free healthcare.

Hell, 50% of Canada's population lives near the border. I could just walk across and get free surgery and not pay a dime for it. Haha.
