And another important point: Germany and Japan are both vassal states of America. They have been under one form of occupation or another since the end of WW2. Thats 75 years! Once the U.S. empire collapses, Germany and Japan will be able to act in their own self-interest once again. They can conduct domestic policys and foreign relations without regard of the Americans.
