A CEO still works and it is important work. Civilization needs organization and hierarchy. The labour necessary for society would not get done without organization and leadership.

I am not advocating for preserving the current system. You can create a system with far less work and even job rotations so one doesn't have to do the same work every week.

A CEO can work anywhere in the world. Even from their bed. They can set their own hours or even determine how much "labor" is considered good enough every day.

I'm telling you this concept would translate over to everyone once robots have eliminated most jobs that don't require a human being to stand behind an assembly line all day.

In fact, the perfect analogy is picture everyone now becomes their own entrepreneur. They're being paid to put their body to use whichever way they feel. This again, covers stuff like making art, dancing, riding bikes, playing sports, entertainment, writing books etc. That's still work, but instead of treating them as hobbies, people now do them for an actual living.

Where you are suggesting is basically communist delusions that ignore human nature and the inequality of man.

When did Communism have automation?

This idea is more comparable to pensions, which everyone is entitled to. But instead of having to wait till you're 65 to cash out, you could be given a stipend as early as 18.

Edit: If you believe I'm saying everyone will be equal, no, I made no mention of such. There can even be rich people, smart people, and even dumb people in this world.

What did Trotsky say? Something like after the revolution there would be a 'Goethe on every street corner?' Amazing these utter delusions still hold weight in the human mind.
