Well alcohol is legal almost around the world and so is the DUI problems, here in California weed is legal to buy in weed shops. Problem is people go to weed shops and buy weed then either sit in the parking lot and smoke then drive or smoke while driving. So I say make weed legal but if cought driving DUI the courts should put you in jail for minimum 10 years first offense and double the second offense and not the slap on the hand like they do now. Also I've smoked weed for 48 years so not a paleocon/traditionalist.
