Hate to be that guy but I don't think that article actually existed

Can't find it online (iirc Netflix still has Cuties up which was far more flagrant, I don't see why SA would take down an article from 2019) not even mirrored anywhere, the pic looks a bit shooped, and the text below the headline sounds a little too much like bait or Babylon Bee tier satire

Feel free to prove me wrong and share an archived version of the article if you can find one

I agree that the elites are attempting to normalize pedophilia and they use the bullshit "if you don't like it you're one of them" tactic, but we need to be accurate about where on the timeline we're on

The pic in OP appears to just be a parody of that one (albeit a justified parody) lampooning how ridiculous the "if you oppose this you must be one" idea is.
