All this said, one dilemma here is that by advising young right-wingers to not join or start large companies, we would be shutting them out from considerable cultural power.

What are your thoughts on this? Also, what is your stance on conservatives running for public office, or joining organizations run by the government?

Joining a large company, same as joining organizations run by government are near suicidal ideas for a conservative. TPTSNB are making sure that woke leftism dominates everywhere they can reach. The only places they can't reach are small private spheres of activity.

Starting a large company is an oxymoron: you start small, and if it's tremendously successful, it will grow big. But being run by conservatives, it will be somewhat successful at best and therefore stay small to medium. Again, TPTSNB.
