See my response below. I did so bc woman subject to NYCs vaccine mandate. Don't care about the restaurants but gym access is essential for me. The political landscape here as well as how courts are going have persuaded me resistance to vaccine mandates are not going to prevail. More and more employers are going to require, especially new hires. Unlike others I do not see these as some nefarious plot (well privacy, information gathering concern me). I perceive a moderate to low risk to vaccines, and see no reason why I should have to take them given natural immunity but relented just so I can go to the gym and also bc it's clear to me vaccine mandates will prevail in court.
