Does the President technically have the authority to deport and prosecute all illegal aliens?

I know some mexicans are temporarily protected by asylum applications and other temporary provisions, but it is my assumption that illegal aliens have broken the law and they can be detained and deported so long as they are not of the protected variety.

It is also my understanding that the president is the chief law enforcement officer of the United States. Under Article II of the Constitution, the President is responsible for the execution and enforcement of the laws created by Congress.

So, my question is, what legally would have prevented someone like Donald Trump from hiring and ordering federal police to find and deport the millions of illegal aliens hidden in plain sight, so long as they used legal methods to find and detain then?

It's less about law, and more about Capitalism and rootless Corporations who pay to have their source of cheap labor and voting blocs, protected at all costs.

Hell, we already saw the greatest example of this in U.S history. Abraham Lincoln won the election on an anti-slave platform. The Confederate states got ass-blasted and offered to separate instead.

If all the illegal immigrants were about to be rounded up and deported, you'll just see Democrats and all their allies simply declare war on the government instead.

I'm well aware the jewish mafia would use all it's resources to stop it, but I'm curious from a legal perspective, was it possible for Donald Trump to deploy a legit deportation force.

Yes, it is possible to deport illegal aliens and put a moratorium on all immigration. The only issue is that the congress controls the budget and could hamstring the ability for federal agencies like ICE and border control from deporting illegal immigrants. If the party was in lock step with the president he could shutdown the government until he is able to fund a viable deportation force. This could make him very unpopular with the voters but would pay off in dividends if he holds strong. It would set democrats back big time and if the president fights birth right citizenship the margins for winning elections would probably tip in Republicans favor. I don't think it is possible to get the 2/3s majority in the house and senate to start repealing Jewish laws but it would buy time.
