If those numbers are accurate then it appears the underreporting in Canada is even worse

Up to and including August 20, 2021, a total of 180 reports with an outcome of death were reported following vaccination.

US percent fully vaccinated is 53% of 12 and older, while for Canada it's 82.72% (27,462,852) for 12 and older (and 72.50% (27,555,473) of the total population). Canada is about 1/9 the population size of the US.

Yes, because doctors aren't required to report the events and are heavily pressured to not do so.
