Leaders of the "Alt-Right"; what qualities do they need?

Personally, I think that these are some qualities which every leader of a dissident movement would need:

  • Moral character. A man without character is impossible to trust.

  • A deeply principled and well thought out worldview.

  • Strategic vision. This means knowing what objective is being pursued, what actions can be undertaken to achieve this objective, as well as knowing how and why these actions help with achieving the objective.

  • Organisational skill and dedication. These qualities are the practical complement to strategic vision.

Moral character. A man without character is impossible to trust.

This is EXTREMELY important. Generally if this is met, a lot of other issues are solved simply by virtue of morality coming in the way of treachery and powermongering.
