I guess they're fed up with Ruqqus censorship.

They've also used Lemmy. If they're up for it, Cassy and Votal and others can Federate together. Cassandra Team has already got an uncensored version of Lemmy running but it's being tested and I've yet to make any announcements about it.

After 9/11 I'll be focusing on /s/Cassy and I'll create resources lists of all the "deplorable" decentralized instances and platforms that are not listed on their sites. Federated tribalism (intolerance) is a serious problem.
