Just because someone sees this in another person or group:

arrogant, over-confident, "over-smart", racist, lacking intelligence, lacking knowledge, lacking an understanding of history, aggressive, crude, not clever, not interesting, etc., etc.

Doesn't make them anti-white. These are also traits of so-called non-white Americans.
