The other night I watched two swimming relays the first was women. The Australian team appeared to be ahead at the end of the third leg but their last swimmer was slow off the blocks so the American team took the lead and won gold. Then a mens relay, the Brits were slightly ahead at the end of the third leg but their last swimmer hesitated on the blocks for almost half a second giving away their lead to the Americans who again won gold. I said hmmmm.

Americans have won the most medals so far, but China has the most gold medals.

Gold medals matter the most.
