First, victim capital is the most valuable asset a person or group can have. The current regime's policy is that all wealth and power should taken by force from non-victims and transferred to various victim groups. Acknowledging the advantages of living in the west diminishes the victim capital of blacks, thus it is mostly ignored.

Secondly, the leftist version of history states that blacks were kangz who would have built their own civilizations, equal to, or greater than the west or Asia, had they not been sabotaged by evil white imperialists who created so much terror that even today are still responsible for any African underachievement.
