Which is just a modification of the plantation system that enriched white people at Black and Indigenous people's expenses. Also, that's not the "rest" of Black history. And capitalize Black, we're talking about a culture, not a color.

The idea that a bunch of slaves concentrated on Southern plantations was necessary, needed, or improved in any significant the majority populations material situation is fantasy.

You're right, the South literally fought a war to preserve their right to keep slaves, which means slave labor was TOTALLY unnecessary. It was just so important they were willing to literally murder for it.

You can call it exploitation, but the grand majority of immigrants that came over here, no matter their origin, came to look for a better life. Other than those with wealth and power, it's reasonable to assume that those immigrants weren't exactly told that they were going to be fucking over other people. They saw it as a way out of their former lives and did as people trying to survive do, and likely without rationalization. Most of those people were uneducated as fuck, and you're trying to apply a system of reasoning towards a state of mind that dismisses it.

What do the people do when they're convinced by their leaders that something is worth fighting for, despite the masses likely not seeing a single benefit? They fight. They fight out of perceived duty to the land or they're conscripted because that's where they live, and that's who they're led by, and they're dragged into the petty power play of rich assholes that don't want to pay for a damn thing. They were the disgustingly rich CEOs of massive companies of their time and did everything to convince the regular wagecucks that free labor and treating people like workhorses was an amazing idea that was great for the whole land, that's the best way that I can think of a linear example.

They were replaced. By nature of death and birth, everyone was. Then slowly it became the status quo to educate everyone and provide the tools that go hand in hand with information that allows for independent thought in more applicable ways.

If you're not sheeple, you would understand that men, in whatever civilization or whatever culture aside from pacifistic ones, usually seek out more space and places to expand their civilizations towards. It's conquest, and can even happen from group to group within areas with zero white people. Is it right? I mean, it's pretty shitty for those being exploited, killed or having their lives/culture destroyed in the process.
